Since Stefano Tonchi's first official day on the job as editor-in-chief of W on April 12, he is rumored to have already made his first hire: Lawrence Karol, former managing editor at Gourmet. Fashionologie reports that Tonchi may be taking W the In Style route as he himself once suggested that the magazine will be "less . . . fashion-obsessed"
