Ab-Fab

From Refinery 29's Kristian Laliberte:

Leave it to those ad-men over at Absolut to bring us something this devilishly rad. This time, instead of collectible campaigns, the crafty Swedes are collaborating with extra-cool LA shop Family Bookstore for a 30 day pop-up gallery enigmatically (not) titled Thirty Days NY. The 4200 square foot Tribeca storefront will host a temp outpost of the bookstore, an "artists in conversation" series, performances, author readings, and of course, art, all curated by Family owners Sammy Harkham and David Jacob Kramer. Most nights, the spot will be throwing bangin' bashes that would make Truman Capote jealous—we're most excited about the Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore live set, the Rodarte prints, and some stand-up from Fred Armisen. Check out the whole line-up here: We recommend getting early for the free Absolut vodka.
